Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. We do not accept returns on custom orders, sample sets, sale items, or gift cards.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the issue is the result of our error, we will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Bank processing may add additional time.
