Need help designing your custom set of chips or plaques? Allow our top artists to help bring your vision to reality.
In the order notes section of the cart page, provide us your design preferences, including a detailed description of what you want. We'll follow up in email to gather any specific images, denominations or logos you want to include.
We'll send you an initial PDF mock-up of your design via email.
This package includes 3 iterations (initial + 2 revisions) from our artists which should be plenty to accomplish your perfect custom set. However, we understand that you may want to see more options before committing, so we'll offer extra iterations for an additional $35 each, only if needed during the process.
Once you're completely satisfied with the design, we'll start the production process to create your custom poker chips.

What's the difference between ceramic and clay chips?
Ceramic poker chips are highly durable and less prone to chipping compared to traditional clay chips. They are crafted through an injection molding process that allows for detailed, full-face graphics and a smoother texture. This manufacturing technique not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also prevents them from absorbing oils from players' hands, maintaining their quality and appearance over extended use. Ideal for frequent gameplay, ceramic chips offer both visual appeal and lasting durability.
How do I choose the right number of chips for my poker game?
The ideal number of chips depends on the number of players and the type of game. As a general rule, we recommend at least 50 chips per player for casual games and up to 100 chips per player for tournaments.
Is there a minimum order quantity for poker chips or custom designs?
For non-custom chips, the minimum order is 20 chips. For custom designs, the minimum order is 300 chips.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please be aware that international shipping rates can be very costly and are beyond our control.
What is your return policy?
Orders may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
